About
Better education for better world
KRSU (Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University) located in Bishkek, Republic of Kyrgyzstan, besieged by the range of Tien Shan. The University was renamed after Russian President Boris Yelstin in the year 1993 in the city of Bishkek on the basis of the Treaty “On friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance” between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
KRSU started with the aim to create the most advanced models of teaching in Undergraduate (MBBS) Medical Education in the entirety of its clinical and Non Clinical branches to exhibit an extraordinary standard of Medical Education in the country. The goal remains to continue to execute the highest standard of teaching and training of individuals in all the fields of Medical Science.
Many foreign students take part admission every year at KRSU Undergraduate (MBBS) – Faculty of Medicine and it has allotted 80 seats in MBBS for Indian students.

The department trains clinical residents in the following programs: therapy, cardiology, nephrology and functional diagnostics.

Propaedeutics of internal diseases (3 courses - specialties "Medicine" and "Pediatrics" and 2 courses - specialty "Stomatology")

Lectures on the courses of propaedeutic of internal diseases, endocrinology, hospital therapy and occupational diseases

The number of foreign students of KRSU is constantly increasing
At the present, there are 1701 students from more than 20 countries. Mostly, they are students from Kazakhstan, Russia, India, Tajikistan. The most popular among foreign students is the faculty of medicine, in the second place – the faculty of international relations and the third – faculty of natural and technical sciences.
In 2018, students of KRSU received 262 awards at competitions and exhibitions of national and international significance.

It is very pleasant for us to realize that graduates of Kyrgyz universities work in various medical clinics in many states of India
Kyrgyzstan continues to be the favourite destination for Indian students to study in MBBS in English medium, due to its affordability and quality at par with Indian private medical colleges, close to India and 3 hours flying time from Delhi. At present more than 15000 students are studying medicine at Kyrgyzstan at various medical colleges /university. Thousands of Indian students have acquired their medical degree and achieved glory in their career.
KRSU urged the students to focus in their study, “Study well, uphold dignity and discipline and bring proud to the country by serving humanity with dedication. KRSU Rector thanks the parents choosing KRSU as the University stands for its excellence.
